Saa Sha LLC is a Family clothing brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering natural cotton and skin-friendly kids wear catering not only to kids, but mothers as well. Our registered address is API du West Residence, 605, Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our website and products are intended for use by adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• All product descriptions, sizing guides, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and to the best of our ability, but slight variations in colour, fabric texture, and print placement may occur due to the natural and handcrafted nature of some materials
• Our pieces are designer, small-batch garments; as such, fit may run slightly larger or smaller than the standard size chart depending on the individual child’s build, and may vary marginally piece to piece
• We do not offer alterations on any garment; please refer to our size guide and, where in doubt between two sizes, contact us before ordering, or make use of our Exchange Policy (Section 5) if the size received does not fit
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings

1.4 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by UAE law
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Paymennt. We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout
• Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you have received an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
